原有的楼宇的主体结构由四个核心筒构成。整个建筑物是由一个正方形楼面组成的单元，一个向上生长的长方体。设计希望在规则、单一的空间中，打造一个开放、共享，有吸引力的社交场。

The main structure of the original building is composed of four cores, and the entire building is composed by the square floor, a cuboid growing upward. We hopes to create an open, sharing and attractive social space in the regular and normal space.

整个空间的设计中，我们用乐活区域将整体的区域一份为二：过道通勤区域与开放办公区。在过道区域的设计中，为了告别原来单一的通勤功能，我们保留大面积的空白墙体，为今后的画展，展览展示预留出了空间，开放的办公区域，我们没有设置固定的功能，通过地面抬升形成的舞台与家具的布置，让空间在未来的使用中可以切换不同的场景。

In the design of the whole space, we divided into the whole area in two parts: corridor and open office area.In order to transform the original function of corridor, we keep a large area of white wall, for the future exhibition, gallery. In open office area, we haven’t set up fixed function. In the future it can be switched in different scenarios through the the stage and furniture layout.
